Here at B-Fit our yoga classes offer a relaxed and casual atmosphere, where everyone is welcome. Jennifer modifies the stretches to a level you’re comfortable with, so there is no need to feel like you can’t participate. We provide mats, so just bring yourself!
You do not have to be flexible to do yoga.

Pilates is a full body workout that focuses on the core.
The workouts improve strength, posture, flexibility and increased range of motion.
Our pilates classes start with a warmup and then continues through a series of exercises. Jennifer helps you become more efficient in using your body. Precision and control are key!
Pilates is available as private sessions and semi-pravte sessions (2 poeple).
