Pilates is a full body workout that focuses on the core.
The workouts improve strength, posture, flexibility and increased range of motion.
Our pilates classes start with a warmup and then continues through a series of exercises. Jennifer helps you become more efficient in using your body. Precision and control are key!
Pilates is available as private sessions and semi-private sessions (2 people).

Yoga lets you connect with your body through therapeutic stretches.
In a stressful world where you are constantly busy, you must take time to slow down and focus on yourself.
Here at B-Fit our yoga classes offer a relaxed and casual atmosphere, where everyone is welcome. Peggy modifies the stretches to a level you’re comfortable with, so there is no need to feel like you can’t participate. We provide mats, so just bring yourself!

- 5 class package $55, expires 2 months from the date of purchase
- 10 class package $105, expires 3 months from the date of purchase
You do not have to be flexible to do yoga.

Pilates is an excellent complement to my B-Fit workouts. I started taking Pilates last fall and immediately loved the class.
