What inspired you to come back to B-Fit?
1.Alanh Lalata–“Going through a fitness journey alone can be done, but it can be dreadful. So, I joined B-Fit again. I like the sense of community it brings.”
2. Trevor Clopton–” I returned to Beverly at B-Fit after a few years of not prioritizing my health. Beverly has been fantastic in supporting me to get back on the path to health. Ultimately, a few hours a week invested in my health will pay huge dividends in the quality and quantity of my life.”
