Do you need motivation and a team to hold you accountable?

Join B-Fit and enjoy working out with others in small group or team training.

Small Group Training 
Our trainers create functional and balanced workouts for small groups that will help with all aspects of fitness while working the total body in all planes of motion. Each session starts with a group warm-up and ends with stretching and foam rolling. The featured workout will have a particular focus and utilizes many modalities including ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, sleds, bands free weights and much more.

Team Training 
Get a boot camp style workout that will get your heart rate up and improve your fitness level in less than an hour. These workouts will be for larger numbers of participants and the workouts will utilize bodyweight, along with modalities like TRX and medicine balls.

Monday & Wednesday
8:00 am - 9:00 am
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Tuesday & Thursday
8:00 am - 9:00 am
9:00 am - 10:00 am
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Friday
8:00 am - 9:00 am

Saturday
8:30 am - 9:30 am

Team Training

Tuesday
6:30 am - 7:05 am

Thursday
6:30 am - 7:05 am

9:30 am - 10:05 am

The schedule may change due to holidays or weather.
