Join B-Fit and enjoy working out with others in a semi-private environment. Our trainers create functional and balanced workouts for small groups that will help with all aspects of fitness while working the total body in all planes of motion.
Each session starts with a group warm-up and ends with stretching and foam rolling. The featured workout will have a particular focus and utilizes many modalities including ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, sleds, bands free weights and much more.
Our semi-private training sessions focus on:
- Improving balance and coordination
- Building muscle strength
- Losing weight
- Increasing agility
