1. How long have you been at B-Fit and why did you want to join?
I began with B-Fit in early February 2018.  Mark and Teresa Harris were kind enough to provide me with a free month of sessions.  It was a very timely gift, as it came just after the holiday season when I was the heaviest I have ever been and not feeling very healthy at all.  I knew I had to do something to get back on track with my health so, I jumped at the opportunity.
2.  What have you learned at B-Fit to help with your healthy and nutritional choices?
There are so many things you learn at B-fit beyond just the value of exercise.  Nutrition and healthy choices are emphasized as well.  Bev and Bob are very knowledgeable about nutrition and take the time to explain how valuable the nutritional choices you make are essential to your over-all well being (as well as water intake).  They offer tools and encouragement arming you with the information needed to make a healthy lifestyle change.
3.  What are your current and future fitness/nutrition goals?
 As I mentioned earlier, when I started at B-fit, I was at an all time high with my weight at 237.  I have currently lost 30 pounds and my next goal is to get below 200.  Eventually, I would like to get to about 185-190 and maintain that weight.  I know that in order to do that, making healthy nutritional choices, as well as regular exercise, should become a routine part of my daily life.

4.  What would you tell others about the training and community atmosphere at B-Fit? The care that Bob and Bev take for each individual client is amazing.  The workouts are tailored for each individual and they take care to make sure that you are doing things properly on an individual basis.  The atmosphere of camaraderie that they create makes the workouts fun, and an air of support among the clients always exists.  They continue to improve their own personal knowledge, which in turn, continues to enhance the experience at B-Fit.  B-Fit provides a total body experience that will truly make a difference in the way you feel.

5.  What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
My favorite exercises are those that utilize the dumbbells.  My least favorite are planks, which are one of the most beneficial core exercises.  However, I typically start feeling the effects shortly into the timed exercise.

*It has been very fulfilling to see Jon incorporate all that he is learning into his daily life. His ability to move better is amazing and his fitness level has increased dramatically! Way to go Jon!
