Playing sports takes more than just practice.
Student athletes need training to be stronger, more powerful and quicker. At B-Fit we offer discounted team training to 7th-through 12th-grade athletes. This is more than a six-week program, we build a base and work from there to prevent injuries and improve stamina.

As a golf coach and parent of a student athlete, I enrolled my teenage daughter Lauren into the B-Fit program with Beverly Ivey Johnson. Lauren plays golf for her local high school and competes in regional and national tournaments. In order to compete with the best players, Lauren needed to improve core strength and flexibility. With almost a year into the program, Lauren has established herself as one of the top junior golfers in the state of Kentucky and earned All State honors as a sophomore. Lauren's clubhead speed has increased by almost 10 mph which adds distance and most importantly she has gained an immense amount of confidence. Lauren's accomplishments this season are due to her hard work on the course and in the gym each week with the B-fit program.
