New Class Options at B-Fit – Welcome to Iryna Stanisic 

We are bringing more styles of classes to B-Fit! We have brought Iryna Stanisic on to teach classes that she specializes in: cardio kickboxing, candlelight yoga, HIIT circuit classes, and 3 level barre which will be added in the near future.  

The cardio classes that we are adding will be a great way to add cardio to your week that does not involve running, biking or doing cardio on a machine.  

Iryna has moved to Elizabethtown from New York where she had her own fitness studio in New  York for 9 years and has been training and teaching for over 14 years. She combines a fun variety of exercises and has a strong background in functional fitness. Her educational background is a Masters Degree in Kinesiology, and she enjoys creating dynamic and safe workouts for clients.  

You do not have to be a current member of B-Fit to come in try out these new classes that B-Fit is offering!  

Class Descriptions:  

Cardio Kickboxing: A fun and fast-paced 45 minutes, 5 round cardio kickboxing class utilizing small hand weights with a focus on toning, strength, core work, and effective calorie burn.  Great for any fitness level. Modifications for low impact if needed.  

Mondays at 6:30 am & Saturday at 7:30 am  

HIIT Circuit Class: a dynamic and challenging 45-minute circuit class utilizing 8-10 stations and 2 switchouts of variations of exercises for an effective and functional workout. Great for any fitness level. Bodyweight and resistance training using weights, TRX, sandbanks, cardio equipment will all be used during this class.  

Friday at 6:30 am & Saturday at 9:30 am 

 

Candlelight Yoga: relax and gentle stretch for 1-hour month candlelight during this class. Let your body and mind release any tension as you breathe through deep and gentle yoga stretches. This one-of-a-kind class developed by Iryna focuses on all areas of the body where we hold tension. Bring your yoga mat with you. 

Monday nights at 7:00 pm – limited to 12 participants.
