Ingredients:
Salad:
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1tsp honey dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups mixed baby greens
- 2 (4 oz) fresh tuna steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
- Mix salad dressing ingredients in small bowl. Toss with baby greens. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Marinate tuna steaks in olive oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 425 degrees. Place tuna on grill and sear 1-2 minutes to medium rare. Remove tuna, let stand, slice tuna into strips.
- Arrange salad greens on plates and top with sliced tuna.
