For an hour, clear your mind of all but your workout. No text messages, no one needing to be picked up, no meetings.
Indoor Cycling utilizes your road bike and an indoor trainer for a low impact high-intensity workout. Cycling is a great way to burn calories and improve cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory fitness.
Don’t forget to BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike)! You can rent a trainer or bring your own. Trainers are free for B-Fit clients! We use Kinetic Trainers that hold the bike in place while elevating the back tire. You control the intensity and change the resistance to challenge yourself.
