Personal Training at B-Fit

At B-Fit we are now doing more personal training. Our goal at B-Fit is and always has been to
help as many people as we can achieve better health and a much-improved fitness level. These are the things that help people have a better quality of life.
With things changing in the world around us we want to make sure that everyone has the
opportunity to get a great workout with a coach on a one-one basis if that is something
that you would prefer going into the new year.
We have found over the years that individuals, working out in groups, energize and help
motivate each other, and so we had shifted to more group workouts offering both small
group sessions and bootcamp workouts. These are effective workouts, and we will continue to
offer these sessions but we also realize there are people out there that want or need to have
the option of a private session.
At B-Fit we offer both a 1-hour session and 1/2 hour session. These sessions are available as
a package of 10 sessions to be used within a certain amount of months. Depending
on what your goals are there can be quite a bit of assessment done to help you
reach your goals.
With the private sessions we have going on right now we are seeing our clients enjoy
decreased pain levels, improvements in core control, improvements in hip stability,
improvements in strength and fitness, and enjoying the benefits of healthier eating habits.
