B-Fit was started at my house many years ago, and it continues to change and grow. Over the
last 9 years, we have moved out of my house basement to a 2400 sq. f.t facility to our present
7400 sq. ft. facility.
We have gone through several changes, especially when it comes to adding new classes as we
have had yoga, PIYo, kickboxing, mat pilates and now to our private pilates sessions.
This spring we covered our private pilates sessions in the newsletter and hopefully answered
any questions that someone might have about setting up a pilates session with Jennifer at BFit.
Besides pilates we also have added bootcamp style workouts; we call these workouts Team
Training as the goal is to grow them in numbers so that they have a team feel to the training.
These workouts are 30 minutes long, and they are designed to be shorter for those wanting to be in the door and out in less than an hour. They include a 5-minute warm up and a 5-minute cooldown. We have 4 morning options at this time and one evening option. This is subject to change as the
bootcamps keep growing. Also, follow us on FB for any upcoming team training specials.
We have also opened our facility up for open gym memberships. This January was the first
time that we have done this as B-Fit has been primarily known as a place to do small group
training and personal training. We still offer both of these options, but now you have more
choices, or you can get a membership that includes small group, team training, and open gym.
We have bought new equipment and removed our Rogue Rack; we added 4 half rack lifting
stations and more cardio options. We increased our options as we knew we needed to
accommodate the person that wants to lift heavy as well as the person that wants to come in
and primarily do cardio.
So, if you have never been to B-Fit, or it’s just been a while, come in and check out our new
options! We have 2 different trials set up so you can try B-Fit for a month to see if it’s a good fit!
