You aren’t happy with your current level of health, your weight is too high, your flexibility left you, your mobility is lacking, you’re not as strong as you used to be, your back hurts all the time and you just don’t know what to do about it. How can the coaches at B-Fit help you?
At B-Fit we continue our education so that we can help with any and all of these issues. And we realize that after the COVID shutdowns there are those in the community that may be looking for something different and may not be aware of all that we offer at B-Fit.
Nutrition Coaching:
If you come in for nutrition advice we have a couple of ways that we can approach this; one is through our Primal Nutrition Coaching option and the other is through our C.H.E.K. Holistic Coaching. The Primal Nutrition coaching is with Bob Johnson, who is certified as a Primal Nutrition Coach; he does 3-month coaching packages at a time with lots of questionnaires and weekly meetings to go over progress and questions. The C.H.E.K. Holistic coaching with myself, certified as a C.H.E.K. holistic coach level 2 and IMS level 1, involves questionnaires as well with coaching packages that can range from 10 to 20 sessions. These two coaching approaches allow for individualized instruction so that the program fits the client.
Functional Training:
If you are having issues with movement, flexibility, mobility and or pain our coaching can help you with that aspect as well. With the C.H.E.K. IMS coaching program, assessments are added to make sure any workouts that you do include the mobility, flexibility, and strength aspects that are tailored to your needs. For those that prefer individualized instruction, we have 3 coaches that are providing private sessions to help those that have the need for one on one or just prefer the individualized instruction. For those that choose group instruction, we have both small group and bootcamp sessions (Team
Training). Our bootcamp sessions are 30 minutes in length and are designed to start and end within that 30-minute time frame. Bootcamp workouts require little equipment and are meant to keep you moving for the full 30 minutes.
Our small group workouts are 1 hour in length and will be no more than eight people working out at a time. (This is subject to change depending on regulations.) For small group workouts, we include the option of heavyweights utilizing barbells and heavy kettlebells. Group workouts include warm-ups, stretching, and even some mobility work.
We offer a one month trial in which the bootcamps and /or the small group workouts can be tried for a lower price so that you have plenty of time to figure out if what we offer works for you.
