2022–It’s a new year!
Instead of making resolutions let’s make progress!
Resolutions tend to be something that we make at the beginning of the
year, and so many times we make the same resolutions year after year and
we never accomplish any of them. So, let’s work on making progress and
improving aspects of our life that include health and nutrition.
Progress means better even if it’s in small increments. If you’re not eating
healthy foods let’s start slow by removing some of the unhealthier foods
and replacing them. If you’re not exercising, let’s add some exercise in
a little bit at a time like 15 minutes four days a week and add more time after
you become consistent.
If you’re not getting enough sleep, set an earlier bedtime to make sure that
you get the full recovery that you need from your workouts and busy days.
And if you’re not taking time for yourself, let’s find a way to carve out 10 to
30 minutes a day doing something that’s going to help improve the health
of your body and your mental state. This means doing things that can
relieve your stress and improve your mood.
