1. How long have you been at B-Fit, and why did you want to join?
I have been at B-fit for about 3-4 months now. I joined up just before Covid-19 hit. I joined because B-fit seemed to combine all of my favorite forms of exercise into a functional fitness system that offers peak performance, strength training, longevity and stamina.

2. What have you learned at B-Fit to help with your healthy and nutritional choices?
I have learned better ways to warm up and exercise and track progress. Perhaps the biggest thing I have learned is the progress tracking. I utilize so many different fitness metrics in order to track the current state of my body and make sure it is on track to go where I need it to go. I realized that what I needed was a doable and sustainable lifestyle change rather than some fad diet.
3. What are your current and future nutrition goals?
My current goal is to get this weight off. B-fit has already helped me go from 250lbs to 225lbs, but I still have a ways to go, and I am confident that Bob and the team will take me there. My future goal is to reach peak performance and push my body to the its limits (in a healthy manner). I want to be able to perform at the top of my game now and as I age. I’ll distill all that down to 3 things I want to get out of my nutrition and exercise.
I want to be able to: 1. Save my life
                                2. Save someone else’s life
                                3. Kick somebody’s ass (if the need should arise)
4. What would you tell others about the training atmosphere at B-Fit?
The training and community offered at B-fit is TOP NOTCH. I’ve been to many gyms over the years, and I have never before encountered an environment that is as friendly and fun as the one created by the team at B-fit. Coming in and working out at B-fit is like going to meet up with some good friends, except the friends you make at B-fit will constantly challenge you and push you to be better.
5. What is your favorit and least favorite exercise?
Favorite is probably a 3 way tie between Pushups, Sled Push/Pull, and Pullups. My least favorite is DEFINITELY BURPEES! BURPEES SUCK!
