1.  How long have you been at B-Fit, and why did you want to join?
I joined in December of 2021.
2.  What have you learned at B-Fit to help with your health and nutritional choices?
I have learned the value of having trainers/coaches who instruct and monitor me on proper fitness techniques and continue to this day to monitor my workouts.  I was a member of a crossfit gym before and the attention that Bev and Bob give to me is invaluable.  Bev has a lot of good ideas and suggestions for nutrition.  I find myself thinking and saying,  “What would Bev say?” when I am hungry and want to snack.  Her voice has kept me from eating a lot of things that I know she would not approve of.
3.  What are your current and future/nutrition and strength goals?
As far as the future, I plan to stick with B-FIT for the long term, that is what has motivated me to feel better, and continue eating healthier meals.
4.  What would you tell others about the training and community atmosphere at B-Fit?
B-Fit is an amazing place to be, with a lot of friendly people.  There are a lot of people in incredible shape, but unlike other gyms, the people there encourage you to get better, to be safe,  and will work together.
5.  What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
My least favorite exercise is wall sits and lunges where you hold it!  Awful!  And pretty much anything Bob dishes out!
But seriously, I love the encouragement I get and pushing when I need to be pushed, and telling me to stop or slow down when clearly I am doing something wrong.
