1.  How long have you been at B-Fit and why did you want to join?
I’ve been at B-Fit since September, and my Aunt Carman told me I should try out the boot camps. 
2.  What have you learned at B-Fit to help with your healthy and nutritional choices?What changes in your nutrition/lifestyle have you made?
I’ve learned a lot of exercises. I was pretty much just jogging and doing Zumba before I started B-Fit. I’m learning to take care of my body. 

 

3.  What results have you seen since you have joined? What are your current and future nutrition goals?
I’ve toned up a lot. I had lost about 20-25 pounds before, but once I started bootcamp my clothes started fitting differently. My goals are to drink more water and to be more mindful of what I’m putting in my body. 

 

4.  What would you tell others about the training and community atmosphere at B-Fit?
I tell people all the time about B-Fit and how much it is truly helping me in my fitness goals. I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend my mornings. 
5.  What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
I’m not really sure I have a favorite exercise, but I do know I don’t like burpees!
