- How long have you been at B-Fit and why did you want to join?
We started May 2018 to get in shape and feel better about ourselves.
2. What have you learned ay B-Fit to help with your healthy and nutritional choices?
The importance of drinking more water, and also if you eat bad you feel bad.
3. What are your current and future goals?
Our current goals are to continue to stay on track making steady progress and our future goal is to make this a lifestyle change.
4. What would you tell others about the training and community atmosphere at B-Fit?
We would tell others that Bob knows how to push you and keep you motivated. B-Fit is definitely a judge-free zone with a great support system being either Bob, Beverly, or the others in the workout group.
