Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients: 
-1 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves, lightly packed
-3/4 cup olive oil
-3 tbsp lemon juice
-2 tbsp red wine vinegar
-3 gloves garlic, peeled
-1 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp sea salt
-1/2 tsp chipotle chili flakes
-1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper





Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until parsley and garlic are finely chopped.
2. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
