Bob has been a personal trainer at B-Fit since 2012. He enjoys helping clients reach their goals of fitness, health and healing. As a certified youth sports trainer, he finds it important to help kids learn proper form and function of exercise. The lack of physical education and single sport focus of today’s youth makes proper coaching more important than ever.
Bob believes that training is half of the battle. A healthy diet is the other key part of maintaining a fit lifestyle. Bob became a Primal Health Coach because of his own struggles with being a diabetic. This is a program created by the Primal Blueprint Founder Mark Sisson helps people learn and implement the benefits of a proper ancestral nutrition plan.
