"I am focused on helping clients have a healthier life through better nutrition, workouts and recovery. A workout is only part of the puzzle to achieve results."

B-Fit Personal Training began in 2001, when Beverly created an environment in her home for people who didn’t like a typical gym setting but wanted results. In 2011, she opened B-Fit gym in Elizabethtown, which allowed her to expand her training while still staying true to the atmosphere her clients love. She provides clients with everything they need to achieve a great workout – from small group training, personal training, yoga and indoor cycling to private pilates sessions.
Beverly has been a personal trainer since 1998. Her interest in weight training began in high school and progressed to more serious training after her first daughter was born more than 30 years ago. The cornerstone of her healthy lifestyle is weight training and better nutrition, which made a difference in her fitness, energy, posture, and ability to move. Seeing these changes in her own life made Beverly wanted to share this knowledge with others.
Her quest to help clients improve nutrition began through personal experience with physical ailments. After visiting several doctors and having multiple tests with no answers, Beverly started to do her own research. She found she had several food intolerances and put herself on an elimination diet to figure out what foods were causing the issue. Through this experience, Beverly has been able to relate to her clients who have similar issues and help them recognize food intolerances or allergies, which leads to better health.
