At B-Fit, we provide functional training using total body workouts. In order to bring out the best in you, we use many different modalities including ropes, medicine ball, kettle bells,  sleds, bands and free weights.


We also offer spin classes on real bikes, this is a byob, (bring your own bike class) we have trainers if you don't.

Getting Started


To get started with B-Fit, a free consultation is required. We will schedule a one hour free consultation to go over your goals, health history, nutrition, fitness and workout history. This is a great time for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know more about us and how B-Fit works.
